Being faced with the unexpected can be a very stressful thing, but we don’t think reporting an insurance claim should be. We’re here to help you every step of the way, making your claims experience as simple and convenient as possible.

With the exception of Auto-Owners, all of our carriers prefer to have the claim reported directly to them by their policyholder. But don’t worry, we will follow up with you and be here for you throughout the process should you need assistance.

Filing a Claim with Auto-Owners

To file a claim with Auto-Owners, you have the option to:

  • Call our office during normal business hours and we’ll set the claim in motion by notifying the local Auto-Owners claims branch on your behalf.
  • You can click the button below to complete a form which will be directed to our office and we will then report your claim to Auto-Owners.
  • For after-hours claims, you have the option of waiting for our office to open and giving us a call or you can call Auto-Owners toll-free at 1-888-252-4626.

Glass Repair or Replacement

If your Auto-Owners claim is for glass repair or replacement, call Safelite at 1-877-492-7768. If you’re located outside of Florida, click here.

In need of Road Trouble Service?

Call 1-888-TOW-AOIC (1-888-869-2642).  The nationwide program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
